He first appered in Season 5. Costumes include an apron, a patriot suit and hat, and many more. Touching, or pushing him into the water, grants contestants $500. People who managed to tag Smallsy include but are not limited to Season 7's 'Nature's Janitor' Joe Woods and 'Backyard Cowboy' Josh Clark. Normally, people who cross all four Balls manage to tag Smallsy, but there are some who don't manage to cross all balls even though they tagged Smallsy.
